Penthouse Raphaela

Host was good, friendly and pleasant. The apartment is in a great location in the area, and the complex well laid out, secure, and great for families. unfortunately this particular apartment had issues for me. I am in the process of writing in detail to the host listing improvements that need to be made in order to list it as 'luxury'. I think the main problem for me is that as I/we (2 of us) were there for 5 weeks the cooking and catering facilities were poor. The furniture was tired and mismatched (lovely glass top table with plastic chairs??) Loved it Positive: Comfy, clean quiet and peaceful Negative: N/A

Positive: Super ausgestattetes Apartment mit drei Terrassen und Grillmöglichkeit. Küche auch perfekt ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal, hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Pool könnte etwas tiefer sein, war nur 140 cm, sonst sehr gepflegt und nie überfüllt. Man hat immer eine Liege am Pool bekommen. Negative: Nix

Good Positive: The facilities at the resort were very good especially the pool bar Negative: One of the apartments only had air conditioning in one of the bedrooms so it was far too warm

Wonderful accommodation Positive: Everything! Maxine was exceptional to deal with the decor the security the facilities everything was fabulous would highly recommend Negative: Nothing, just to note it is in a quiet area. This is not an issue just to note it is a quiet area. However we were so happy to get there after a truly disastrous experience with other accommodation at a different location
